Legal form: German civil-law partnership (GbR). Conversion into NUNIVIA Life Solutions GmbH is in preparation.

As a civil-law partnership (GbR), NUNIVIA is not entered in the commercial register — GbRs are not subject to commercial-register registration. The registering court and HRB number will be added once the GmbH is founded.

EU dispute resolution

The EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. However, pursuant to §§ 9 to 11 DDG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific legal infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.
